Are vaccines a miracle?


Is getting the COVID-19 vaccine part of being a responsible, ethical person? What are the ethical implications of vaccines, and how do we talk with our fellow Christians, and those of other faiths who don’t want to be vaccinated? Context’s Executive Producer Susan Ponting speaks with philosopher Jim Stump of BioLogos to discuss Christians and the miracle of the vaccine.

He addresses another huge concern that many Christians have about abortion tissue involved in vaccines in a recent article, and writes:

“It’s important to state this clearly: The individual human cells used for some vaccines’ development today are not, and have never been, part of an actual human body or fetus.”
